| I moved to Colorado, from Ohio, in 1987 after working as an engineer for Owens-Illinois Inc. for 19 years. I worked for Winter Park Sports Shop for 19 years until they closed up shop in the spring of 2006, when I semi-retired. I have now fully retired to pursue my main hobby of fly fishing for trout. Last winter I became hooked on ice fishing for Lake Trout. Besides fly fishing, I enjoy hiking and mountain biking during the summer and snowshoeing in the winter. Jake is my third Golden Retriever. He turned 8 in August of 2009, and goes everywhere with me. In 1994, I purchased a weather station and have since joined numerous weather organizations. I am a member of Weather Underground and CWOP (citizen weather observer program). |
