| I moved to Colorado, from Ohio, in 1987 after working as an engineer for Owens-Illinois Inc. for 19 years. I worked for Winter Park Sports Shop for 19 years until they closed up shop in the spring of 2006, when I semi-retired. I have now fully retired to pursue my main hobby of fly fishing for trout. Last winter I became hooked on ice fishing for Lake Trout. Besides fly fishing, I enjoy hiking and mountain biking during the summer and snowshoeing in the winter. Jake is my third Golden Retriever. He turned 11 in August of 2012, and goes everywhere with me. In 1994, I purchased a weather station and have since joined numerous weather organizations. I am a member of Weather Underground and CWOP (citizen weather observer program). |
